“Haven’t been to quick quack in a while and going back today I enjoyed my experience. They had clean towels for me to dry my car, kept the trash cans clean even though it was the middle of the day it was clear they are cleaned out consistently. I may re-instate my membership. Isaias was kind enough to come check on us as well. Thank you!”

What really stood out to us recently is that this same level of customer service extends all the way to their corporate team.
We were involved in an incident at the car wash with another driver. While I won’t get into all the details, Quick Quack’s response was outstanding. From the Chris K who promptly documented what happened to the Risk Management staff, Skye, who worked with us to resolve the issue, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Bro was super friendly and courteous and he made the whole thing more fun than just a routine car wash too! (go Kings). “After sifting through many company reviews and reaching out to multiple companies with a ton of questions, I decided to place my trust in Adrian and his crew with Detail Maniacs due to the amount of time and patience he had shown me with my 100 plus questions. Reviews were awesome as well! Price was completely fair compared to others. There team was more than accommodating through out the process. I live an hour away and Adrian allowed me to leave my truck through the week and meet me on his day off on the weekend to pick my vehicle up. During my follow up visit I did not have transportation to leave my vehicle so they gave me a loner car! Just awesome customer service. Windows tinted, Front end PPF and a Ceramic coating. 2025 Ford F-250 looks phenomenal. Couldn’t be happier. Big shout out to Adrian and his crew for a job well done.”

They spent hours detailing every inch, and the result? It looks like I just drove it off the lot. I couldn’t believe it. The attention to detail, the care they put in, and the transformation were all incredible.
If you’re on the fence about getting your car detailed — do it. And if you want it done right, these are the people to go to. Highly recommend!”

“NO DRAMA CAR WASH. Consistently, an immaculate car wash that always has soap and vacuums with good suction, including carpet cleaning. Seated on a corner lot and appears to be a tight squeeze, but actually plenty of room to maneuver with larger vehicles. They accept cards and change. Frequently, has someone on the property to maintain and assist.”

“I had issues with a membership since I was charged for Super Clean, but I only have the Date Night online. Not that big of a deal just charged extra for less. Asked some workers and they helped me immediately and offered accommodations whenever they are around and I get a wash. The workers, Anthony and Dailyn helped me out with everything I needed to know and understood me before accusing me of doing something. I highly recommend this place as they are quick with solutions.”

“I came in last week, I happened to talk to a shorter stout(he was buff) gentlemen. He told me his name and he had a nametag on but I forgot what his name was. He was very personable. I could tell he was in some sort of management. It’s great that your managers get down and dirty. I love this location everyone is always so nice!”
