From the Chris K who promptly documented what happened to the Risk Management staff, Skye, who worked with us to resolve the issue, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

“This is our favorite quick quack in all of Northern California! I feel like it gets the cleanest and the manager there has his staff trained so professionally. They really give your car a good spray before entering. One time after a trip, i had a to. Of bugs on the front grill. I went through the wash and they checked my car after I came out and insisted I go back through because all the bugs weren’t washed off. Really good customer service.
We went to this car wash before it was quick quack and I’m so glad they kept the same manager when QQ took over. He is the most professional and knows all his regulars and neighborhood folks. 5 stars hands down!!!”

They spent hours detailing every inch, and the result? It looks like I just drove it off the lot. I couldn’t believe it. The attention to detail, the care they put in, and the transformation were all incredible.

“I recently had my Hummer EV at Detail Maniac in Sacramento, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
I’m pretty particular about my vehicle, especially with the matte finish, so I was a little nervous about trusting someone else with it. Those concerns disappeared pretty quickly. From the beginning, the guys at Detail Maniac treated my Hummer like it was their own vehicle. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of the work.
They also did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process and letting me know when the vehicle would be ready. That kind of communication makes a big difference when you’re leaving a vehicle you really care about with someone.
What impressed me most was that they went beyond what I was expecting. I brought it in primarily to have the exterior properly prepared for the PPF, ceramic coating and window tint, but they also detailed the interior. That was completely unexpected and really showed me that they wanted the finished vehicle to be something they could be proud of.
And the results speak for themselves. The PPF looks fantastic, the ceramic coating looks great, and the window tint really finished off the look of the truck. Everything came out better than I hoped.
I also feel like they gave me a great price for everything that was included in the package. When you combine the quality of the work, the attention to detail, the communication and the way they treated my vehicle, I feel like I got a tremendous value.
I would absolutely recommend Detail Maniac to anyone who really cares about their vehicle. I know I’ll be going back to them in the future. Great people, great work and a great experience from beginning to end.”

“I had issues with a membership since I was charged for Super Clean, but I only have the Date Night online. Not that big of a deal just charged extra for less. Asked some workers and they helped me immediately and offered accommodations whenever they are around and I get a wash. The workers, Anthony and Dailyn helped me out with everything I needed to know and understood me before accusing me of doing something. I highly recommend this place as they are quick with solutions.”

They had clean towels for me to dry my car, kept the trash cans clean even though it was the middle of the day it was clear they are cleaned out consistently. I may re-instate my membership.
