“I decided to invest in two quality custom wool suits, and I am very glad I went to Jos A Bank, especially when they had deals going on. Kevin was very patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, walking me through the process of choosing the colors, design, material, sizing, etc of the suit. The suits arrived after ~4-5 weeks, and I needed two sessions to get the suits tailored just right. I appreciated Kevin and Winston helping expedite the tailoring so I could have the suits in time to attend upcoming weddings. Buying a quality suit can be an expensive and time-consuming experience, so I appreciate the professionalism and personalized care from the staff at Jos A bank.”

“Eli was fantastic, best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He built me up a custom set of sunglasses with even more lenses options than Oakley offered on their own website. On top of that he was able to match the 20%off custom discount. Definitely recommend checking this store out. Totally worth the drive to try product on in person and get actually helpful assistance.”

“I'm not easily impressed, but my experience here was great! Had a last minute wardrobe change due to a same day (evening) graduation. Needed trousers and shirt. I'm rather tall. On our arrival we were greeted and assisted by Vinny. He was the best! Took my measurements, found me a great shirt and pants combo very quickly. Volunteered to make adjustments on the spot. Did so with excellent care and precision.
This is a very nice shop, with nice selections and friendly staff (especially my main man Vinny!).

“I visited the store to pick up an online order but when I arrived I started having second thoughts on the backpack style I purchased so I was in need of a second opinion. Luckily Adriana was very knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the perfect birthday gift for my husband. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction which led me to keep the backpack and add on some sunglasses in the end. I was finally as an Adult able to get the Ben Davis jacket that I've wanted since my first day of High School and boy oh boy am I super happy they had my size in-stock and available it was $100 but 100% worth every dollar. “Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.
Huge kudos to the team for going above and beyond. Not only did they save a customer, but they also earned a lifelong one.”
“Today was great to meet Max (air ball) as my great nephew nick named him. We had shopped around the mall and I was wiped out, the 11 year old was complaining and wanted to go home. Max and he struck up a conversation- they took a liking to each other and Max really listened to him. My other great nephew started conversing also and Max still listened and spoke with him. Later I told Max that the boys had experienced childhood trauma and their dad died a few years back. I just want to say I am grateful for Max and his staff for being so attentive to their needs, while this was the only store in the mall that was insanely busy. We need more people to care, I ended up spending more that $400.00, mostly on regular priced items.💕💕💕also I was taught what the tweens are wearing and what’s in fashion and good quality.”
