NAPA Auto Parts is a good store with great customer service. The staff greet customers kindly and are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They generally have what customers need, with shelves that are stocked, and provide the right part. Service is good and timely, with staff going out of their way to deliver parts. However, sometimes a part is not in the store and wait times at the register can be long. Overall, it is a clean and organized store where customers have a good experience.

Good store to deal with. Assistant Manager Travis does good job keeping store clean and organized and getting parts in timely manner. Needed a part ASAP..he Door Dashed it over rather than waiting for scheduled delivery from Napa Warehouse...Good Service.
