They have the best prices in the Sacramento/Carmichael area for the smallest unit I'm paying $20 a month and it's perfect for my needs. These are affordable, clean, safe, and the staff is beyond exceptional.
Danny especially, is always on-site at the facility and is so friendly and helpful every time I've come through!”
“I have been using the storage facility since the 90s My grandfather rented here until he passed, and the rest of us aunts and cousins have never left our storages since due to customer service clean grounds support Naval affordable rates this place is here to stay long time the way they are Holding business.”
“This is a very unusual place. It's pretty old but they keep it up. The hours 9-5 are for the office except now they are CLOSED on SUNDAY. But gate opens very early and doesn't close till 9pm so tenants have good access. MUCH MORE THAN JUST STORAGE. It's run by a cool old guy Pat, and his daughter Shelly. They have older boats FOR SALE and they RENT SPACE where you can actually WORK to FIX UP boats or trailers. There is power available and portable toilets for tenants. There are CONTRACTORS YARDS for rent and some have storage containers included. There are workshops and fenced yards for rent. It has grown to become whatever people need. I'd say the BIGGEST PLUS here is your ability to actually DO WORK HERE, on your stored boat or vehicle. Most storage places absolutely prohibit that. If you find this review useful please vote!”
“I had a great experience with this particular location. Vanessha made the move in progress extremely easy. Signing paperwork and getting the keys only took a few minutes, she answered all of my questions. Jessica made the move out extremely easy as well. Great experience over all. Highly Recommend”
“Their units are reasonably priced with lots of storage option. The facility is well maintained with lots of security cameras. Only four stars because of their gate hours. If you don't mind the hours, definitely check them out. (I work 8am- 5pm, and they close before I get off of work. This limits my access to only weekends or days off.) They provide a free moving truck for 1st time customers moving in, which is an awesome deal”

“I went into Tiger Storage today to get a storage unit and I was help by Devonn who is such a friendly and nice person.... I wanted a smaller unit but he said the 5x5 was pretty small and suggested the 5x10 and he was so right.. I'm so glad he explained it too me.. I highly recommend Tiger Storage to anyone they are fantastic!!!”

“Kassie is so great. When she notices our RV is not there she calls us to make sure we have it. I really appreciate that someone is looking over our RV for us when we don't have it.”
“I was struggling to not push 3. I mean it's ok there but closing at 7 when there is someone there to keep everything cool and safe is just lazy to me. Turning off the keypad 10 min before 7, sure that's a safe guard but petty too. The other places around his storage that stay open 2 hours later. Will be moving soon to a more accommodating site.”
