They are always very friendly and greet you with smiles unless you stayed in the lot after 7pm and they have to help ya ok get out the gate. Sorry again. But all in all I'm now looking to rent my own space from them.”

“Nothing fancy in terms of RV storage itself. That is, it is outside, on gravel, and the spaces are just wide enough to accommodate your rig, but nothing more.On the upside, the office that manages the place has great employees who do provide a great level of support and the facility itself has video cameras and an on-site security employee who has been very helpful thus far and is very friendly.They also just opened up some new storage slips and I was able to pick a nice pull-through for my RV!”

“I just wanted to say I’ve had many storage places in my time. And I’m so thankful that I found a place like cubesmart herein Sacramento. The management has been more then helpful in me renting the right storage unit and helpful with the upgrade. The area the storage is in is not the best area . Lots of crime so it’s nice to see that it’s a gated community for me to store my belongings… I believe that the management or manager are doing a awesome job to keep the facility clean and secure for everyone… I think her name is Bobby. “MY location!?....I understand they have numerous facilities.. throughout California.. THIS PLACE ?..is Super DUPER!!...THE STAFF?...Fast..Efficient.. AND Friendly!..."The Grounds"?.. I didn't see a cigarette butt on the ground!!...CLEANEST...AND!.. the ice cream on the cake!!?... is they're LESS Expensive than ..Anybody!.... trust me.. I shop... I work too hard for my money.. I've only been to this one location.. but I'm telling you. squeaky clean ..really nice.. first cabin!.....I was Company transferred.. every two years.... from Houston to Dallas to Chicago to Charlotte North Carolina..to Los Angeles..... I've stored so much stuff.. In SO many facilities.. this is an outsding company!”

Have personally used the services twice with no problems. Recently used a trailer to obtain local hay for our horses stabled locally.”

“This is a very unusual place. It's pretty old but they keep it up. The hours 9-5 are for the office except now they are CLOSED on SUNDAY. But gate opens very early and doesn't close till 9pm so tenants have good access. MUCH MORE THAN JUST STORAGE. It's run by a cool old guy Pat, and his daughter Shelly. They have older boats FOR SALE and they RENT SPACE where you can actually WORK to FIX UP boats or trailers. There is power available and portable toilets for tenants. There are CONTRACTORS YARDS for rent and some have storage containers included. There are workshops and fenced yards for rent. It has grown to become whatever people need. I'd say the BIGGEST PLUS here is your ability to actually DO WORK HERE, on your stored boat or vehicle. Most storage places absolutely prohibit that. If you find this review useful please vote!”

“Excellent management. Very friendly owner. She goes beyond and above to accommodate customer needs. Small things matter like giving you access after hours if you happen to be late or placing your vehicles together in adjacent lots or unlocking if you happen to stay late and gate got locked. Great security with always on camera monitoring and dogs. Not picky as everyone else in that area seems to be. If you have a vintage vehicle good luck looking elsewhere. I would say best price - value choice.”
