“December was truly a joy to speak with and was a great help. NO attitude and patient. My wife and I both called in within minutes of each other and she didn’t break or get upset at the redundancy. “Let me say Hands Down this place is Awesome. The Manager here is so Sweet and truly cares. There was no tricks with the money. I got the move in special of 50% off for 6 months. Lock was a good strong round one, and it was complimentary. Wow is all I can say. Facility is a small storage but I like that. It's Completely secured and has cameras everywhere. I totally felt safe. All of the above are so nice to experience now a days.”

“Generally Good. Staff is friendly. Units seem in good shape. Location seems safe. - One problem though, I recently saw a cockroach in my unit & I did not have any food in it. Where there is one, there are more, so this has me very upset. Do they spay regularly for roaches? I will try to find out.”

“We got a storage unit back on August and its perfect it fits everything inside. alongside its lights up which is perfect because I can see everything i need to get to which is awesome because it sucks looking for things with a flash light. there was a small mix up with our account but when we went into the location Billy and Salisha (apologize if i wrote it down incorrectly) were so kind and helpful, which was amazing because they got it fixed right away. I love how easy it is to get inside all you need is your phone and it unlocks the gate and door. absolutely love this location and how friendly the staff.”

They were empathetic to the fact that moving is stressful and did a lot of the paperwork that needed to be done on the phone for me. Also they have very affordable monthly prices for storing a car. It's a gated secure storage facility.”

“Jack and Billy were amazing. They had a daunting task moving me from 5 acres to a townhouse. Even though I sold, gifted, and donated a lot of items, I still had tons left. They were professionals from the start, knew their business, kept on task, never said a negative word about issues (doorway into kitchen was too small to get frig in), were inventive, and on top of that they were kind. I had a big, heavy, solid wood desk (see picture)which my late dad made. They hauled it up stairs with a treacherous turn in the middle, with ease. No scratches or nicks on my walls or doorways. And they were very affordable. Most definitely would recommend and would hire them again.”
