“Sade was so helpful and very nice. She was also very patient with me and showed me several units so that I could see the different sizes. This is my first time renting a storage unit so she made it a positive experience for me. The place is close by to me and that was why I chose it. It’s very clean also. I just wish they had a waiting list cause unfortunately for me the larger units were all rented out.”

“I’m leaving this review because something incredible happened today. About a week ago I lost an important tag that I needed for one of my uniform uniforms. I thought it was gone forever. Which led me to believe that I would have to go to the grueling process of ordering a new tag which would’ve took about three months Today I received a call from Jordyn at public storage. She informed me that she found my tag and would hold it for safe. Keep until I was able to pick it up. Upon the receipt of my tag, she was delightful in conversation always smiled. And provided quality customer service. I whole public storage knows or can agree that Jordyn is a great asset to the company. kudos and thanks again Jordyn! You’re a lifesaver!”

“Jordyn was and absolute angel during my whole moving process. I was having problems with the online reservation and she went to every option possible to make sure it was taken care of. “Since I just got my keys, this review will be about my experience up to today. First earlier this week, I chatted with a rep online about my needs and closest location. She recommended a spot and reserved it for me. This part was great and efficient while multitasking. Soon after, same day, the manager from that location, Eric, called me and help me set up an account. Easy peasy. Then today, I went to the location where the assistant manager (I'm so sorry I'm blanking on his name) showed me how to enter my code to open the gate, and the location of my storage unit.
Overall I am impressed by how efficient this process is. It's been years since I've rented a storage unit. Everyone was so professional and I am appreciative of their help. So far so good!”

I went to the place to get the key and I met Tasha (manager) of which another very friendly staff and gave me the tour of the place. She helped me out all the way! I got my key and the place is very clean. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to store their stuff.”

“After my kids grew up and moved out, i was left with alot more house then i needed.
I didnt want the house but i did want stuff that took years to collect and memories i wanted to hold onto...I wanted a safe, easy to access place to store them and Public Storage is where i ended my search. I met Donna at one Roseville location and Tiffany and the granite bay location in Roseville which i will point out has the most beautiful and most Rv, boat, and vehicle storage ive ever in all my 59 years of life has ever seen...when i saw this place i knew this was where i wanted my property. Tiffany made it so easy to rent and walked me through how a place like this works, i can even use my phone to access the entry gate...the staff at every location i visited has been exceptional but Tiffany and Donna won me over and i highly reccomend both Roseville locations because there top shelf.”
“We worked with PODS for our CHiPs for Kids toy drive event at the California Highway Patrol Valley Division office, and our driver, Darron, was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed in constant communication with us, giving clear ETAs for each container and making sure we always knew what to expect. He was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive the entire time.
What impressed us the most was how meticulous he was when positioning the PODS — he took the time to line them up almost millimeter-perfect so our event setup would look organized and run smoothly. “I was renting a 10x20 storage unit at the Extra Space Storage on 8740 Calvine Road. Had some questions and ended up going into the office and speaking with the assistant store manager Kelly Gainer. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. Place was very clean and roomy to drive thru with the Uhaul with no problems.”
