“Called ahead to have 2 tires balanced and mounted. They were my tires from storage. Juan was available, willed to help, quoted a fair price over the phone. He had to pickup family, so he had to step away for a bit, and he left me a voicemail, which I appreciated. Then when I showed up there, another car pulled in with a flat. I yielded for a bit since theirs was an emergency, and he got them going with a used tire within 10 mins. He is professional, very reasonable, knowledgeable, and he isn't the type that tries to make a quick buck taking advantage of people's misfortunes in a flat situation. In the future, I'll absolutely tow my car to his shop without thinking twice. Go to his shop, you won't be disappointed!”

Instead of just having me wait, the manager took my car and was able to get half the job done before another employee took over and completed the work. Saved me time there and I was able to avoid rush hour traffic. I'm very grateful.”

They always have the tires at very affordable prices and the best part is there is never a long wait even without an appointment. I live out in Folsom probably drive past 20 used tire shops along the way. I drive all the way out here because they're that good. “Malik and his team take good care of me and my car. I've owned 2 vehicles now that have been serviced there. A Kia and now my Honda. Their prices are much better and way below the dealership and they are ASE Certified, so it's in line with my warranty. I really appreciate the pictures with the summary sent to me prior to repairs. Even more, I love how they give a prioritized list of what needs to be done, and what can wait. I have to be honest here, it's tough being a woman who knows nothing about mechanics. A lot of places I've been have taken advantage. This doesn't happen at North Highlands Auto Pros. I'm so grateful.”

Actually brought me safely underneath to van to show me a few concerns and made sure i viewed my allignment test showing all green . “I cane in on Friday afternoon after five with a nail in my tire getting ready for a camping trip and they were able to get me a right in and get that tire fixed. “This place is really great! I went there today and I got the luxury treatment. This guy I wish I got his name was so wonderful! He rolled out a chair for me and my 1 and a half year old daughter and started working on my car. I really appreciated that too because I'm almost 4 months pregnant so it was so sweet of him. I was there maybe 5 minutes and he had my tire off fixed back on and tires aired up in the time it took to walk over and pay. The guys talking in the garage who I thanked but couldn't leave their conversation I'm less impressed with. But this employee has excellent work ethic and customer service skills and deserves a raise!
I've also come here many times of the years in my many cars because for a while every year my car money would get ran into or stolen. There was a point I was there every month just about to fix a flat tire. The owner back then not sure if he still owns the shop or not helped me get all new tires and gave me such a great in house deal and I was so appreciative. There was even another time it was closing time and I was stuck down by the levee and this guy came out to help me! These guys are heros here!

And the most important detail is that THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SET STRAIGHT THE FIRST TIME — which is very rare. I’m a dealer and have been to many shops.
