“It was my first time going there. My car was not starting and after a road assistance check we knew it might tbe an starter issue. I called ahead of time to make sure they could take car, I had AAA tow it there and the staff were really gracious. They explained they will be doing a diagnostic on the car and call me with pricing. They reached out the same day explained everything clearly, discussed urgent fixes and future things to keep in mind. The prices were fair, so I went ahead with them. Overall the process was seamless, the car was fixed in a timely manner and it has been working perfectly since them. I have become a customer for life.”

When Syed was changing my tires, he realized that I needed brakes. He quoted me a price over $1800 cheaper than the dealership and independent auto repair shops. That's real talk. “Shilo with OK Tire was great throughout the entire process from asking the right questions to showing up on time, early. I needed new tires for my wife’s car and my truck needed 2 new tire pressure sensors. Everything is working great and my wife says her car is driving like it’s brand new. “Got a flat and tried to pump it up a bit at gas station but the air pump wasn’t working!! So changed to my donut and it was flat. Rolled in to LS at 5:55pm they close at six, just hoping to get some air for my donut! Not only did they fill my donut, they fixed my flat and replaced it back on the car, all in less than 15min, FOR FrEE and with a smile! Super happy with my experience at most lea Schwab’s but this one really saved my day!”
