“I called this shop today to see if they buy dental scarp and for how much. The shop owner was very helpful and even paid an amazing price for my gold. Other shops I called tried to get over on me but the owner of Behr Gold Coins & Jewelry offered the most and told me that he'd rather I be happy and come back over his pockets getting fatter. “My fiancée and I got engaged without rings as we were selecting our own and had intentions to get custom made, rather nontraditional ones. We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! This is why we love to SHOP LOCAL!! Thank you James & team!”

I nudged him to consider Kenny G and he was grateful I did because the selection, the quality of diamonds and the customer service he received was hands down top-notch. Mathew Moreno was patient and guided us while we redesigned our wedding bands. Mr. Gordon himself sat with me recently and was very patient with me while I went back and forth many times trying to make up my mind on a small little band. He is such a busy man and didn't have to, but he did. Mackenzie is a very helpful young lady and I can't wait to go back and work with her. The entire staff is friendly and patient with clients like me. Also, they have a wonderful jewelry appraisal service for insurance purposes and they clean your rings.”
