“Went for an iPhone 12 repair. He encountered some issues during the process, which he corrected quickly and let me know that he had to leave the shop as I was waiting in it with. He understood how important it was that I had the phone back by end of day, and initially promised a two hour window which I think he met anyways. He got it done the quality way, and on time. My phone was badly damaged as well, took quite a bit of fixing, but for 100$ out the door and fast time with the job done right, I’ll be coming back next time I bust my phone!”

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! “Very nice place, lots of designs to choose from, very friendly staff. They have many styles of earrings, chains, and bracelets to choose from. I came to see if I could get my gold ring resized but the gentleman that does it stepped out so I wasn't able to get it done. I also wanted to dip my earrings to gold but unfortunately the service wasn't available at the time. I would definitely call ahead to make sure the gentleman who does the fixings are available to save yourself a trip.”
