I was recommended here by a trusted friend and I walked in and Karina took great care of me at the Van Nuys location. She’s very nice, no fluff or over selling which I appreciate. We settled on a price, they had a sale going on and I committed to the premium package. It took about 4 days to get it done, I got a cheap rental. After searching for brick and mortar store prices near me for Nippon Denso ignition coils, they were really well priced priced, twenty-two percent cheaper or more better anywhere else in the San Fernando Valley and even Los Angeles. Within an hour they had five of them ready as promised. This is my new go to auto parts; I highly recommend them. Great store and nice crew there.”

“I took my car to King Auto for a paint correction, and I’m honestly blown away by how good it looks now. The paint had a lot of swirl marks and light scratches from years of washing, but they completely brought it back to life. The finish is super glossy and smooth — it literally looks brand new again!
The guys at King Auto took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. You can tell they really care about their work and take pride in every detail.

“These guys are great..Friendly team with extensive knowledge. Answered all of my questions, made great recommendations and worked with me to find the best bondo and extra hardener and clear coat. They even gave me a little bondo at no charge which they could charge me for the whole bondo box - Then I was asked for some Paint thinner , but instead they are charging me extra , they poured almost half litre into an empty can and didn't charge any. I guess the owner's name was " Sipan " . Your positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated. Thank you & thank you”
