“About 1.5 months ago my phone’s front screen was severely damaged and I needed it fixed as soon as possible, but I was struggling to find a place to repair it at by the end of the day until I was recommended to come here. This place repaired the screen in ~2.5hrs and I was surprised by the results, my phone looked brand new. “I had an amazing experience at You Break I Fix, thanks entirely to William.
This morning, my MacBook Pro screen suddenly stopped working, so I first called the Apple Store. They told me I’d need diagnostics and that it would most likely require a full screen replacement costing upwards of $600.
Before committing to that, I called You Break I Fix and spoke with William. From the very first conversation, his knowledge and honesty stood out. He explained that he could potentially find an aftermarket screen for a much lower price, but also offered to check whether an official Apple screen was available. He told me he’d call another company to confirm stock and get back to me.
True to his word, he called me back within 10 minutes and let me know they could get the Apple screen shipped within two days. He also emphasized that before doing anything, I should bring in my laptop so he could properly diagnose it to confirm whether the screen was actually the issue.
About an hour later, I went into the store and showed him my laptop. He noticed the keyboard was slightly warped but said he’d take a look. Five minutes later, he came back… and the screen was working perfectly. All he had to do was reboot the computer.
William told me everything looked fine, didn’t charge me a single dollar, and simply wished me a happy holiday.
I honestly believe that if I had gone to Apple or another repair shop, I would have been told my computer was broken and charged a ridiculous amount of money. William’s integrity and professionalism made a huge impression on me, and I’m incredibly grateful.
I will 100% be back if I ever need repairs again—and I highly recommend this location. Ask for William!”

“They are great! I've taken several different speakers to them over the years and they've always been able to fix them at a reasonable price. They sometimes get a backlog where it takes a while for work to get done, but are really transparent about it when they do so it shouldn't be surprise. I have to drive over an hour each way to bring my gear here, but I'll continue to do it. I haven't found anyone else in SoCal who can take care of it.”
“They were very upfront about the price. I had misdiagnosed a problem, It wasn't motor related and they gave me kind of a pity discount. They replaced one part that was looking kind of worn, since I had already asked them to look into the entire motor, it was easy to do at that point. This place is fantastic and will be going here for any motor they are willing to service.”

“We have a Samsung Frame TV and after 4 years, half of the TV suddenly became much dimmer. We called Dan’s TV and Electronics, and they knew immediately how to fix it. They promptly scheduled an appointment to examine the TV in our home and correctly diagnosed that one of the backlight LED strips had gone out. They took the TV back to their shop and a few days later, we had a perfectly working TV. They also gave us a 90 day warranty on their work at no extra charge. And the total cost to repair the TV was a little over $400 which was a bargain since it would have cost $2000 to replace the TV. They even helped us rehang the TV on our wall. I highly recommend this business. They are prompt, professional and very experienced. If your TV suddenly stops working, call them first.”

“Global ElectronicsMy home theater set up had a blown speaker in the ceiling. I reached out to Global Electronics and Alex responded immediately to arrange a visit/consultation to assess my situation.Alex arrived on time and was very professional. He left my home with the promise that he would do some research to find the right replacement speakers for my system. I told him that my goal was to have my home theater working optimally by Thanksgiving.The problem was that my current speakers were about 13 years old, and most of the newer speakers on the market now are smaller in dimension. Alex explained that the key to the project was to find speakers with the same (or similar) physical dimensions as my current speakers so that the job wouldn’t turn into a major construction patch job after installation. Alex wanted to find the perfect speakers that would fit nicely into the spaces vacated by the ones being replaced.As Alex performed his due diligence, he provided me with daily updates until a few days later when he notified me that he had found a pair of speakers that matched the specifications and dimensions we needed.Once I confirmed my desire to move forward with the project, Alex ordered the speakers and scheduled one of his technicians to perform the installation.The installation went extremely well, and the entire process was a total success as Global Electronics easily completed their work well in advance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.On Thanksgiving Day, my Family and I enjoyed watching films together in wonderful surround sound.I’m extremely happy with my experience and my system sounds fantastic!Thank you to Alex and everyone at Global Electronics for taking care of my home theater needs with top notch communication, and attention to detail.I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.”
