I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). This issue was created by a corporate branch on Moorpark road in Thousand Oaks. He didn’t have to help me because he or his store was not responsible for the mess up, but he did.
