Hamid, Hamed, and Kimberly were not only professional when it comes to customer service, but also they were very patient.
I took someone to try out their wheel chair products and they patiently took their time to walk her through everything she needs to know.
They have everything from walkers, wheelchairs, hoyer lifts, diabetic shoes, lift chairs, and everything when it comes to incontinence. I will definitely recommend this place to elders.”

“818 medical supply is an amazing local Burbank medical supply shop I discovered while shopping for a electric scooter or wheelchair the owner Carlos along with his wife are very very professional and get very good service very friendly and easy to work with. once they receive my scooter, they deliver it to my house and gave me all of the training that I needed for my scooter when I had other questions they came out right away to address my issues.. I highly recommend 818 medical in here in Burbank for any of your medical supplies. Make sure to ask for Carlos. I am 100% satisfied with my experience.”

Although I originally thought the problem was my mask, Andy was able to identify the actual issue and had the part I needed. He was a wealth of information regarding CPAP in general and a variety of masks in particular. Andy did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I would happily go back there for my replacement supplies when I am back in town.”

“Was looking for a new powered chair to help grandma enjoy the outdoors again. Broke her foot years ago and isn’t able to walk long without pain. I found them and compared quotes, but was sold with friendly service over the phone.
Stopped by and checked out some chairs with grandma, found one she likes and was reasonably priced. They taught us how to work it properly and have taken it for maintenance since grandma loves the thing but isn’t too careful with it!
We rarely have to wait long for service, plus manager at the warehouse is great to work with, they treat you with kindness and respect, and has patience with the elderly unlike other places we had to deal with in the past.”

I knew I wanted a more fitted look, and in no time she had several options for me to choose from. The men’s selection is relatively limited with only a few colors to choose from, but she did her best, and even brought out larger sizes that ran small. For women, there are tons of options.she even offered to order scrubs in my size so don’t be discouraged.
