They even gave me a little bondo at no charge which they could charge me for the whole bondo box - Then I was asked for some Paint thinner , but instead they are charging me extra , they poured almost half litre into an empty can and didn't charge any. “Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in with a non standard regulator valve that I needed an adaptor for. They spent a good amount of time trying to find an adaptor for it, without success unfortunately, and actually broke the regulator in the process. It was entirely accidental, and done with my consent knowing the risk, but they felt bad and have me a discount on a replacement regulator with more standard fittings.”
“I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service.The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”

The orders are always processed quickly and shipped securely - no issue with containers opening, spilling, or getting damaged in any way. I recently sent them a paint sample and asked for it to be matched in Roman Clay. I was a little nervous about how close of a match they could achieve but turns out I had nothing to worry about.
