She was knowledgable, reliable, easy to communicate with and helped us narrow down and eventually pick colors to paint the exterior of our home. We met at the store for an initial consultation and then she met us at our home with color swatches and samples later that day for us to try around the home. This is where her knowledge on colors and sheens really shines! She helped us notice nuances about colors and lighting that we would not have thought of without her.
