My experience is I have to say is good the staff are nice and let you do what you need to do as long as you have the rent mony

3 stars because the legendary show my name is Earl was filmed there, but dang you'd think for some place that made good money it would be at least in decent condition.. forget everything else, the fact they filled in the pool speaks for itself. Shame! Earl would be so disappointed.
