“I stayed at this place for a little bit. I stayed in room 232. In the room next to me there were two brothers. One of them said their name was Randy and the other said his name was Earl. Other than the two brothers being loud for all 3 nights of me being there. It was pretty good.”

“The Garland is the nicest, cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at in LA—everything was spotless and felt so fresh and welcoming. The staff was phenomenal: warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from check-in to checkout. They made our whole stay feel special. I loved the retro Hollywood vibe—it's charming, unique, and so much fun. The rooms were really nice, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The complimentary trolley to Universal Studios was a total game-changer—super convenient, ran on time, and dropped us right at the entrance. If you're heading to Universal or just want a standout spot in the area, The Garland is perfect. We can't wait to return.”
“This is the perfect hotel if you are wanting to get out and about in Burbank, it's so close to everything. We had the assistance of Danni for all of our needs. She was so helpful. We are a family of 4 with two tweens and they love it. We went to the warner bros studios tour, which was walking distance. Universal Studios which I highly recommend getting an Uber or Lyft. There are many restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The service at the hotel is why I gave it 5 stars. Really nice and helpful staff. We will most likely be back.”

“Room was clean and very well put together. The shower and bathtub wete huge and the tub had jets snd the beds were more comfortable than any other hotel room i ever stayed at. Snother bonus for me was the hardwood floors🤩. Carpeted hotels gross me out.”
“The staff, beginning with Said at reception, took care of our every necessity. The room was clean and quiet, the shuttle to Universal is close by, and plenty of great food options are within a few steps. There's coffee, hot water for tea, and pastries for a quick breakfast.”

“The Chateau was full due to the Grammys, so we checked in across the street—what a lucky find! Very personable yet stylish, with a great balance of renovation and preservation. Excellent mixology, and an even better breakfast (served until 11). Valet parking was seamless, and the pool was perfect. We’ll definitely be back ASAP.”

Rooms we nice and well organised.
The included Continental breakfast was underwhelming, but when we ordered scrambled eggs they were very nice.
Unfortunately they forgot to make our room on the last night and we were out all day. When we informed them they sent a set of fresh towels up immediately, which was good.
Bar is great but a little pricey.
Pool area is nice, clean and easy to hang out in.
Overall I would stay there again.”
“Great front desk staff and bellmen. There was an unbelievable amount of luggage in the luggage storage room in the lobby, yet the bellmen kept it all straight - we had absolutely no issues. Great luggage storage management is a must, especially if you arrive at the hotel before your check-in time or need to leave your luggage before it's time to depart the hotel.”

“This hotel is just absolutely worth it for the price. Our room was super clean and well made. The bed was so comfortable and I like that they had smaller pillows compared to hotels that have huge pillows usually. I have a walking boot and use crutches, so the fact that the bathroom had accessibility with hand rails next to the toilet and in the shower were pretty great. The staff at the front desk were kind and very helpful when we would enter and leave, and when we required more towels. Lastly, we are so appreciative of the woman was who maintaining the breakfast area. She was so kind and nice, and she offered to help us (and others!) and bring us items to our table. She kept all items stocked and well presented and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.”

“Traveling from Kansas City, Missouri, where we recently experienced 4 to 5 inches of snow, to California presented its own challenges, . However, my stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and valued. Despite ongoing renovations, which I hardly noticed, the overall experience was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would like to give a huge shutout to Mr. Athnasious, who worked the front desk he is a Saint he did everything to make my stay wonderful and I truly appreciate him.”

“We called for towels and nothing, 1 hour we call them back but still nothing 30 minutes later call them again and they say oh really I thought they were already delivered and then they said they were gonna deliver them but 30 minutes later still nothing we called them back, but they were snappy with us. luckily someone let us use their USED towels.”

“Overall pleasant stay. The first night the air conditioner was broken and the room was uncomfortably warm. I called the front desk and they fixed it the next day. The rest of the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, along with very nice restaurant staff.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean and spacious rooms. For long stays these rooms are ideal, they have a kitchenette, and they provide a griddle upon request. We went down to the bar and enjoyed ourselves. Bar had a good selection of liqueur and beer. Good food as well. Will stay here again if I'm in the area as well. Only thing is that you need to valet park your car, $35 bucks a night. They don't have self parking spots I was told. But enjoyed my stay.”

It was a very stressful evening but the staff could see that I was having a rough night and made check in very simple for me and I got to my room quickly. “no place is perfect, but out of every other place I've stayed on sepulveda this is the most safest! comfy rooms for those complaining this is not the Ritz Carlton relax! ? .. I recommend to anybody come here”
