“Update: The owner of Rx Unlimited Pharmacy in North Hills, CA reached out to me personally the next morning after my initial contact. He was made aware of the issue by his staff and asked me to call him directly. After explaining my experience and him reviewing the issue with me, he acknowlaged that it was a mishap and he promptly resolved the issue. I am very appriciative of the owner reaching out to me so quickly and addressing the issue. I'm now satisfied with the service and the outcome.

I Have been having my prescription filled here for 2 or more years. After the first 5 or 6 fills they started charging more and more each time (Higer prices, understandable) and providing less and less. They switch products for generic after the first few fills and to top it all off stopped providing the correct quantity of syringes for the prescription duration. when I contacted them about this that has happened the past 3 or 4 fills, they were wanting additional per syringe, it's a 60 dose vial and they provided only 30 syringes. How is it that they would fill a prescription and not provide the correct number of syringes to complete the duration of the injections now days, they provided them before. I called them this time informing them of this and they said I would have to pay for the additional syringes. Running scams on long time or even new customers, attempting to squeeze the client seems to be the new way of doing business at this pharmacy. I do not give and belive this maybe the first time I have written a bad review, but this is unacceptable. Take your business elsware. Rx Unlimited Pharmacy in North Hills, CA is not to be trusted.”
