“This pharmacy is amazing. Couldn't give a higher review. A pharmacy manager named Shima helped us through the entire process and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were ordering medication for IVF (which is emotional and stressful), and she took the stress out of the equation when it came to the medication piece. She was extremely helpful, communicative, supportive, and had great follow through. She even helped us search for programs where we could get discounts off of our medication!! We didn't even ask her - she brought it up. 10/10 service. We received the medication the next day with everything we needed!!!”

“I needed to get an updated TB test for my campus internship and called Klotz to make an appointment. The lady on the phone when I called the first time was honestly kind of rude and didn't give off a great vibe. I had to call again to reschedule my appointment and the woman who picked up the phone this time was much friendlier. I came in for my appointment had to fill out a simple form. I was called in within 5 minutes by a nurse who went ahead and administered the shot and told me to not poke at it and to return in two days to have it checked. Overall the entire process went very smoothly. I only had to pay $5 for the test and I am good to go for the next year!”
“Liana is so amazing. I'm so glad I found her! I need a new pharmacist when I moved to the area and I found Poly-Med online. They are totally on top of things and great at communicating with my providers when needed. I stopped going to big box corporate pharmacies a few years ago because they were inefficient and inept. “I went to his other pharmacy that my provider recommended by the way it was a bad experience they were really rude. Then I talked to my provider again and told him my situation they referred me to market pharmacy my pal spoke to the pharmacy and the pharmacy call me right away to tell me that my order was ready and I told him that I was at work at the moment and then I might be able to pick it up before they close. I ended up forgetting later on that night I got a phone call from an unknown number saying that they have my medication and I'm like I didn't order no medication but he said he was market pharmacy and I was really surprised. I got my med delivered to me without asking that right there is a plus in my book. Thank you.”

This was a huge deal as my prescription was quite important. He said he would try and locate it at another Walgreens - and he did!! Danny went above and beyond it is very appreciated!”

“Just a shout out to the pharmacy. We wanted a vaccine and usually go to the CVS next door. Couldn't call CVS because no one picks up the phone. Website appt crashed everytime we tried. They advertise walk-ins. Oh, the nasty rude clerk would not look us in the eye, refused to get a manager and told us to use the phone or website! So we went to Ralphs and were treated with respect. What a difference! Wonderful pharmacist (and she was the only one there at the time). What a difference! Thank you, Ralphs pharmacy.”

“It's my favorite place to go 10 minutes right before closing so I can bug the box men in the back working late. I'm just kidding. It's honestly the only supermarket in town open so late, and I swear it has absolutely nothing to do with getting to see the beautiful asian lady that closes.. Oh, and their meat is amazing, too. Best meat in town. Genuinely best slabs I can find in town. And the check out dudes seem like great guys. Considering how much bs I've seen them put up with on a daily basis and always smiling. It's just too bad I don't know the Asian lady's name. Otherwise, I'd give it a 10+ . For now, it's just a hard 10.”

For items that are under lock & key, would prefer an option of grabbing a product card to take to register instead of having to wait for an associate.”
