“The bakery section here is seriously phenomenal. It feels like there’s always something fresh coming out of the oven, morning, midday, and even at night, so the whole place smells amazing. Everything I’ve tried has been consistently fresh, soft, and flavorful (not that “sat on a shelf all day” vibe). If you’re into warm pastries or fresh bread, this is one of those spots where you can grab something on a random stop-in and it still tastes like it was baked minutes ago.”

“Went 6/25/25 for the first time, specifically for their sweet bread and highly recommend! Got 4 pieces for $5.98 and the woman behind the counter threw in an extra for free. Ate two immediately in my car outside - so good! Such a better value than going to a white owned coffee shop where a baked good is $5-$8 and tastes average or is dry! The sweet bread is at the back and the market, is beautifully displayed, tastes fresh and has a really cute painting on the back wall.”

I live in Florida and wanted to send a box of balloons to my granddaughter who was turning 10 in California.I was trying to have it that the balloons would pop out when she would open up the present. Patti went above and beyond and helped me accomplish this. I can’t thank her enough. She really made my granddaughter’s birthday. Such a surprise..

“Had a sick kitty and couldn't find neem oil anywhere at 8pm last Saturday. A last ditch Google search revealed this absolute gem of a store. Not only did I find unbelievably priced neem oil (under $4!!!!) - the customer service was incredibly polite and warm, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kindly allowed me to shop despite my running in right at closing without rushing me whatsoever. My new favorite specialty store. Kitty is healed and mamma got some fire chutney.”

Very friendly staff and organized. I was very happy with the generous amount of chicken they give for their schnitzel. I saw the meat was also fresh! I will try their other meat next time I go in. Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends! They also let me know they have Shabbat dinners prepared for friday evening which I loved.
