“I had purchased wide tires and rims on line but I needed them to be installed and balanced.. I called around a few shops but they all didn’t have the right equipment and I was nervous they might get scratched while getting installed.. William gave me his word that he'll give me a free alignment and I have a year to do it. I went in today and he made it happen. I recommend Ram tire for their great service and prices.”
