My family endured a 2yr long legal battle with my HOA over water intrusion and mold in our flooring. Jack and Mike couldn’t have been more patient and understanding through the entirety, going above and beyond with legal delays and twists and turns to make us at least feel secure and comfortable with what their products would eventually deliver. They had no business interest in dealing with our legal mess, but being the kind people they are, always extended nothing but patience and kindness.
