They have acquired many items through the years and as an only child, this was incredibly overwhelming to do in your childhood home that was left untouched for a long time. Jose made me feel comfortable and understood. He guided me through the whole process and I cannot thank him enough for his sincerity and professionalism – reliability, transparency, good communication, and trust. The team was impeccable and everyone around our neighborhood couldn’t believe they did that move so fast. Efficiency! They helped me pack the items that were needed for shipment. “We sold our place in LA and moved down to San Diego. We sold a lot of our things in our condo but we still had some boxes and special items we had Move Happy handle packing and moving for us. They did a great job and arrived and delivered our things on time and with no issues. I think the cost was really good considering the way the job was handled. Recommend.”
“I just want to say I did not use this company, but when I was calling around getting quotes I had spoke to one of their representatives, told them how I had used North American Movers and they never showed and he told me how they heard that all the time about how they screw people over. I got a quote from a company called Mission Transport and was telling him how they could get here a few days sooner than what they quoted, and he proceeded to tell me about mission transport, and how many trucks they had and mileage logged with the DOT, but said they would probably take good care of me, and had nothing bad to say. This really put my mind at ease, when he isn't trash talking a competitor just to try and get my business and is completely honest, it shows me how professional they are and that they really are putting customers first. I did go with the other company only due to the time frame, if they would have had an opening I would've hired them in a heartbeat. Thank you My Profesional Movers for being so honest and professional, I just wanted to give you the recognition you deserve.”
