“My husband and I visited this store on 7/6/2025 and Mayra assisted us throughout our shopping. She helped us find everything we needed. A pair of shoes I really wanted was not available in my size, but Mayra went out of her way to find them in my size at another WSS store which we were able to pick up. We wanted to acknowledge her great service: thank you to Mayra and we will be coming back soon for more.”
“I want to give Sylvia A. five stars! She was so helpful with me today, I wanted to purchase some sunglasses that didn’t have a ticket, two employees tried looking for the sunglasses to re-ticket them and couldn’t find them. They eventually said they couldn’t sell them to me because they couldn’t find a price. I felt disappointed, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to purchase them and was about to purchase a different pair, but I mentioned to Sylvia how I wanted the other sunglasses she then went above and beyond to get the ticket for me. Even a young lady who I’m assuming was a supervisor made sure it was the right ticket for the sunglasses. It might be something small, but it’s those kind of employees that deserve recognition because she definitely made my day!”

I sent an email and finally got a response, and I waited according to the information provided in the email to finally receive my product successfully. Thank you”

When I arrived, the same employee greeted me and went above & beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, in terms of both function and price.
Despite the company’s cringy billboards, I will now always recommend this location to anyone in need of formidable footwear.”
