She was so helpful with me today, I wanted to purchase some sunglasses that didn’t have a ticket, two employees tried looking for the sunglasses to re-ticket them and couldn’t find them. They eventually said they couldn’t sell them to me because they couldn’t find a price. I felt disappointed, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to purchase them and was about to purchase a different pair, but I mentioned to Sylvia how I wanted the other sunglasses she then went above and beyond to get the ticket for me. Even a young lady who I’m assuming was a supervisor made sure it was the right ticket for the sunglasses. It might be something small, but it’s those kind of employees that deserve recognition because she definitely made my day!”
