“Mercy at Gramercy Boutique has been so generous in helping with special orders for my elder parent. She took time when we were out of town - and again, when my Mom's favorite dressed from Gramercy was lost, Mercy helped get her signature red dress back in time for her celebrations. Generous and kind heart, beautiful and unique garments and accessories.”

“Hripskiii by HM is the prettiest clothing store in Studio City. I was driving by the other day and the store front caught my attention so obviously I had to drop by to see what they had. The owner just so happened to be at the store during my visit. She was super sweet and greeted me the moment I walked in. I told her that I wasn't shopping for anything specific so she pointed out a few of their new arrivals and let me roam around the store to pick out a few things. I fell in love with everything she had. She offers high end quality clothing yet her prices are reasonable. I purchased a really cool "Ticket to EVN" sweater. The quality is amazing. This store has everything from daily attire to evening apparel. I will definitely be back. Whether you're into street style or business casual, you are sure to find something here. Also, it's a huge plus that their customer service is outstanding.Instagram: @hripskiiibyhm_”

“I remember coming in here many years ago and being frustrated because it seemed like they intentionally did not carry or display enough larger sizes (only small and medium). A lot has changed. I’m not that familiar with urban outfitters but this location is definitely a pretty good place to shop. They have lots of cheap clothes that are very cute, comfortable and on-trend. They also have a decent selection of vinyl records and cute home decor/collectibles but it is geared toward very young tastes. The only thing left is to wait and see if the clothes I purchased last a long time and are made well. I’m glad to say there were Large and Extra Large sizes available for nearly every item I looked at. I felt very unwelcome in the past because they didn’t so I just didn’t bother shopping there again for a lot of years. It used to be that certain trendy stores didn’t want “fat” customers. I’m guessing a company policy changed, if that’s true then I’m happy it did!”

“As a plus size woman, I had been looking for months for a dress for my daughter's black tie wedding. Friends told me to go to Robert Ellis. Robert and his assistant were WONDERFUL to work with and even though they do not carry many plus size dresses, Robert had me try one on that I normally wouldn't have and it was perfect. He is honest in his critique and has an excellent eye as to what looks great on you. And Chester is pretty darn cute too!”

“A quick review of M. Fredric.
First the staff is out of this world, classy but spunky ladies that make you feel like a close friend. They are the absolute best!
Then there’s the clothing. Not sure who’s the buyer, but whomever it is, they have impeccable taste. If you need classy, they have. Rock’n Roll they also have it.
If you’re feeling so so, go there. You’ll leave feeling happy and sassy to tackle your day.”

“A big round of applause for the incredible staff of this location! Went there for 3 days in a row to find the perfect fit and the perfect items and every time they were so prepared and kind. A special thank you to Johanne (hope the spelling is correct) she made the buying experience truly special and was very kind to style me with multiple outfits with her expert advice. And lastly thanks to the store manager Jane for running such an amazing store!”

“This is my second time shopping here and of course I had to buy something! Great selection, styles at fair prices! Friendly staff and nice customers too! I will definitely be back and suggest if you are in the area make sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed. Diana's is my new favorite store and happy to spend my dollars at a local boutique versus a department store. I'm very picky so it's a miracle I've purchased an item both times I visited!”

“Far superior selection with the caveat that the comparison is with the locations in Studio City and Sherman Oaks. The latter hosts a FPMovement, which the former does not have. That said, the former has both superior selection on sizes in stock, and far better staff, which is important when paying a premium for Boho Chic clothing.
Avoid the Westfield Mall location unless you really really need FPMovement and have a thick skin or can turn a blind eye to the condescending staff.
Come to this location for everything else, including proper treatment whether buying or returning goods.”

“This boutique has the most incredible clothing, shoes, and jewelry. There are items there you can't find anywhere else. Matter of fact, they cater to a lot of movie industry people and I've seen their clothing on many of the series on Netflix. Don't let that scare you, you can definitely afford the numerous choices they have. They have such unique items I can definitely see why they are featured on a lot of series and shows. Why do you think I make the drive from Huntington Beach all the way to Studio City! Because of the unique clothing and great prices. The owner Cindy is a complete sweetheart. She will get to know you and call you by name and even email you if something comes she think she will like. He will actually ship it directly to you if need be. Every time I need an outfit, I want to stand out in, I go there, if I'm doing yoga, I go there, if I'm going to a fancy dinner, I go there. Every vacation I have had for the last four years, my first stop is the limelight boutique in Studio City. Always worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and pop in and say hello to the owner, Cindy!”

“Easy to navigate in and out of, tiny boutique on Ventura Blvd. Over the past 8 years I have purchased several blouses, summer dresses, hats, sandals, slippers, wallets, pants, sweaters, a cashmere poncho and a blazer recently. The buyer def has a good eye for fashion and does a great job finding reasonable "quality" for the price. Salespeople are helpful and honest when asking for their opinion. Good for gifts.”

“I haven't sold in awhile and gave it another shot. I really nice girl, Toluca? I believe was her name looked at my items, was polite and courteous. They don't have any obligation to take your clothes. You just have to be mentally prepared that they might have a lot of inventory or they are very particular on brand /style. Great dress selection!”

“I have been a seller at Crossroads Trading Co. for the past 20 + years. I began selling in We Ho and have now done business with numerous Crossroads in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as well as PDX. Of all the locations I have visited, the WeHo store is the WORST in terms of customer service; the young women are rude and usually ignore customers. The manager, Matthew, is lovely but his staff is not and he seems to not care about that. The security guard, Louis (?) is always gracious and provides a sense of safety in an otherwise sketchy area. The two very best stores in the Crossroads Trading chain are Studio City and Costa Mesa by far !! Mila, Amanda, and Jose in Studio City are delightful, helpful, friendly, courteous, and upbeat. Mila took the time to examine my clothing and had a great sense of fashion. The selection of clothing throughout the store was very good. In Costa Mesa, Riley, Taisha, and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming. Again, a nice selection of clothing- I often purchase items when my intent is to sell them, but the selection is so terrific that I rarely walk out empty-handed . +”
