It's One Of Best Decisions I Made To Get My Vehicle Repair Here With Them. When I Made A Simple Phone Call I Was Greeted By Armen, I Told Him My Current Situation With My Insurance Which I Don't Have The Best Insurance Out There. Jovon and Juan were very accommodating and personable while fixing the dent, very communicative and patient with any questions. This was my first accident as a college student and I was glad to be able to trust my first working car with them, Jovon was also able to work with me and my insurance so that I could pay with little to no cost. Again, a blessing as a broke college student. It looks brand new w a full detail, wax, and I think they even fixed my faulty passenger side window. Easy to talk to and in no rush to get the customers out of the shop like other bodyshops I've been to. He was very thorough about the process and how meticulous he was about his work. He takes pride in his work and showed me his past jobs from Honda's to Ferraris. I can continue rambling about how good his work is, but I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. “Several weeks ago I took my new Lexus SUV to Carlos at Northridge Body Works for an odd thing in my door, almost looked like a bullet hole. He said that would be no problem, leave it for 2 days and they could fix it. I know when you have body work you aren't supposed to be able to tell where it was, but I still marvel that this 'thing' they repaired, I cannot tell where it was. Car was fixed beautifully, timeline for how long they would need it was accurate. Hopefully I won't need them again any time soon but they will be my first call. Thansk guys!”

“I can't say enough good things about Sako Auto Body in Northridge. I've known Sako's brother for three decades and Sako himself for 27 years, and let me tell you, this place is top-notch. Sako has worked his magic on at least a dozen of my cars over the years, and I'm convinced that if you handed him a car that resembled a brick, he'd somehow make it look and run like new.Now, let's talk prices. It's almost like Sako is doing these repairs at his own cost - that's how reasonable it is. The quality of his work? Well, it's on par with, or even better than what you'd get at a dealership. He recently worked his magic on my Alfa Romeo, and he's also worked on two of my Mercedes in the past few years. Always using dealer parts, mind you, and the paint matching is absolutely perfect.And when it comes to honesty, Sako is as trustworthy as they come - I'd even say he's more honest than a Catholic priest! “Oscar literally saved my life last night when I was driving on the freeway, my tire started delaminating and I immediately exited the freeway in an unfamiliar area. Almost every tow company I called had no drivers available and to top it off one of the other tow companies that I had called before finding Oscar actually wanted to charge me and a leg and then this other company actually came to me with a non flat bed tow truck and tried to actually suggest that I drive home on the tire but I knew better and read my owners manual which strictly prohibited my vehicle from being towed on anything other than a flat bed. Well, I searched flat bed tow truck on Yelp and stumbled upon Oscar's towing, who answered the phone right away(mind you, it was about 3:45-4:00am on a Friday night too!) and he was very kind and reasonably priced and was at the location with a flat bed tow truck within 15-20 minutes and was very gentle with my car and made food conversation. I highly recommend Oscar's towing company to anyone needing fast and reliable towing service”
