Even with it being a Saturday, Melvin immediately brought it in and worked magic. Within about an hour, you couldn’t even tell anything had happened.

After checking reviews I chose Fix Auto Chatsworth over the insurance recommended shop since they had much better reviews and were close by. The reviews were on point. Car was fixed right, i got it back ahead of schedule and more than that the guys there are just really cool and easy to work with. “I came in just to get an estimate and didn’t end up getting any work done at the time because I didn’t have the money, but I still had a really great experience. The owner, Kirk, took the time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly, how long the repair would take, what the process would look like, and what I should expect overall.
Even though I wasn’t able to move forward with the repair, he was kind enough to do a small touch up for me at no charge, which I really appreciated and honestly needed. He was very honest, straightforward, and informative, just like other reviews mention.
