Most times I've gone here , it is Felix whom assisted me. This is the warmest person in the branch. No one smiles there...but Felix.Felix is professional, personable and makes my Cathay Banking experience less transactional and robotic. My husband and look forward to doing our banking at this branch specifically with Felix.
