Costco Bakery offers a variety of items, with a fan-favorite being the POKE. The new station is a hit, with quicker service and less congestion. While the Woodland Hills location may have more Asian food items, this Costco has its own charm. The food court can be a miss due to the kiosk-only system, but the restrooms are consistently clean. One customer had a stressful experience when they lost their phone at the store, only to have it found later in a bag of Pots. The managers, Milton and Emil, went above and beyond to help locate the phone, providing exceptional customer service. The customer, battling Stage 4 cancer, expressed immense gratitude for their efforts in finding the phone that held vital information for their medical appointments. Another customer warned about an Asian lady near the checkout area who used misleading tactics to push for an Executive membership upgrade. The retired engineer customer was able to see through her tactics and correct her math, leading to her backing off once she realized who she was dealing with. This incident serves as a reminder to stay vigilant against dishonest sales tactics.

Love this Costco! Lots of parking spaces, great customer service, great prices, and diversity of items. For most grocery shopping trips, my family and I only have to go to Costco because they have everything we need.
