“Costco never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with unbeatable deals, quality products, and that signature Costco energy organized chaos in the best possible way. Whether I’m stocking up on household essentials, grabbing a rotisserie chicken, or just strolling the aisles to see what new surprises they have in stock, I always leave satisfied. The samples are a fun bonus, the return policy is unmatched, and the employees are consistently helpful and efficient. Even the gas station saves me money every time. Costco really is a one-stop shop that makes bulk shopping feel like a win every single time. Highly recommend a membership, worth every penny.”

“Great customer service! There were a couple of people already in line when I walked in, and I was acknowledged immediately and was told that I would be helped as soon as possible. The clerk at the counter was knowledgeable on the items I needed and took great care of me. I will definitely go there again.”

“The technicians at this place are very knowledgeable i highly professional. Unfortunately, the time of service is much longer than at other locations probably because of very high volume of customers. It's always better to schedule an appointment to save time. Special thanks to Mr. Paul at reception who takes good care of every customer and able to help with any of your auto needs.”

“Overall pleasant experiences. I come by 1-2 times a month for years. POKE is my personal favorite and must buy each visit. Sometimes I come just for the fresh POKE. The new station is great, and now doesn't have a long line(based on my last few times between 5pm-6:30pm during the week!). Like first time ever ! Two free air stations near the tire store. Easy to use and fast. Generally less congestion than Woodland Hills location . Though usually Woodland Hills location has more Asian food items. The food court kind of sucks, but that's all Costco now that they have set up with kiosk only. I really dislike it, one of the dumbest moves by Costco. I usually stay away during the whole month of December, but we had to go last night weds 12-18-24 around 6:30pm and I was shocked it was crazy packed. Maybe inflation prices has slowed down purchases? (I can notice big increases at most items ). And if you must, rest rooms are consistently clean.”
