The Costco Tire Service Center generally provides good service, but has some room for improvement. Customers report the service can be a bit slow, with one reviewer missing their promised appointment time by almost 3 hours. However, the personnel are described as polite, and they do the job right. One reviewer was very pleased with the service provided by a technician named Erick, who went above and beyond to help with a car battery issue, even though it was past closing time. On the negative side, one customer had a poor experience with a rude employee named Paul Tanchanco, who was described as sarcastic and lacking in customer service skills. The reviewer suggested the business should train this employee on better customer service. Another reviewer said the "customer service sucks" at this location. Overall, the Costco Tire Service Center offers competitive pricing, with one customer noting they were able to get a TPMS sensor replaced for about a third of the cost at an authorized dealer. The technicians are described as professional and doing a great job, but the business may be understaffed, leading to long wait times for simple services like tire balancing. Despite some service issues, most customers still expressed satisfaction and said they "love Costco" overall. The Tire Service Center appears to provide good value, but could benefit from improved staffing and customer service training in some areas.
Great service here for tires and batteries. Thank you for attention to details.
