I thought it was super rude of the person who served me to make fun of me with his colleague as his client.
Just because I thought I saw something strange in the piece I was buying.
That is no way to treat the person who is buying something in the store. I was embarrassed to cancel the purchase. Train your staff well because as a customer I will not return.

Such an incredibly helpful, kind, and charismatic staff. I have been looking for a pair of shoes that were seemingly sold out everywhere. Thanks to the help, patience, and many hours of research and calls from the team, they were able to find a pair and ship them to the nearest store to me. Apart from making their customers feel valued, Stevie and the staff make shopping here such a pleasure!

This business is the worst came in to get the doc martens and they gave two complete different sizes to top it off there was only one worker in the business also his job is to look inside the box and check to see if the sizes match I got all happy and worked up to get my shoes for nothing don't come here if your looking for shoes cause if your looking for a size your gonna get two different sizes this bad Bussines sorry but y'all gotta shut down

I’m impressed how 3 unoccupied sales reps are unable to help out a customer who is trying out a first pair of shoes. After 5 min of looking straight at them, we left the store to buy shoes elsewhere

Aramani is an excellent store manager at this location! She was super sweet, personal, attentive to customers needs, and went above and beyond to help me with my shoe order. If there's a problem, she will do everything in her power to fix it and make sure you leave Journey's with a happy experience. Seriously, have never felt so cared for in retail customer service. Had to come back to the store because one of the straps on my back pack was starting to unthread and I just got the thing last month on the 26th, long story short, Armani gave me great customer service and went to the store manager to ask if they would help me out and I left a happy customer with some great info on life time warranty for my bag. Jordan thank you for having such a great staff of girlies, they're all so sweet, friendly, hard working, and always a great convo when I'm in the store. If you want the hook up on shoes , to see some pretty ladies, and get dope kicks on ur feet, come by and see what they can offer you. Store is clean , every ones masked up!
