I placed a pick up order and it said estimate time was a 2 hour window, but I was somewhat nearby and called to ask if I could possibly pick it up sooner. The worker was able to process the order and said I could go sooner. Thanks for the great customer service.

Apparently if you received a gift that you don’t like or doesn’t fit you, you can’t return or exchange it without a receipt. Especially if they believe your item was purchased on line. So somehow, someway, you have to track down the person who gave you that gift (hopefully they wrote a name on the gift) ask them for the receipt (awkwardly) and hope that somehow someway they can give it you. Very unhelpful and how does that even make sense. Managers response was “yeah there’s nothing we can do about it especially if it’s an online purchase we need a receipt” idk where they bought it from, it was a gift! They didn’t seem to believe me as they kept pressuring me for a receipt which I would have gladly provided if I bought the items myself.

I went there to return stuff I bought online (the package was ripped, one item didn't have a tag and items were late) the general manager sira had an attitude problem off the bat and felt like she just wanted me out of there. After telling her they sent me package ripped and without a tag she then told me to send it back to the online store ( she was saying it wasn't the right item matching the receipt but I only had two items on the receipt and when I tried showing her the description she wasn't really having it. She ended up giving me a bag and telling me to send it back. I ended up callin the customer service number and they helped me out from there by calling the store and having her return it for me. But to honest it shouldn't have even gotten that far esp when you're a general manager. Attitude to the first customer in the store like wow shows why you have a 2 and half star rating. sira if you knew how to manage then you should know it's not just about selling the product but environment too so people actually come back. Value your customers and enough with the attitude. Thanks
