“I stopped by this morning to fill out my tank. I'm a regular customer there. After filling up my tank, I tried to cash out a scratch lottery ticket, but the lady at the counter didn't want to help me out. So I walked out and took my ticket somewhere else.
The ladie wasn't even busy, but she was in a really bad mood.”

“Very clean location, ample parking and wide selection of prescription medication, OTC meds and grocery related items. Would helo if every staff ember would just to smile when they greet customers. it makes the experience more pleasant and real :)”
“This is a very convenient location and the product lines are adequate most of the time. The photo service is adequate but there is usually no help on the floor if you need something else and you may be directed by a cashier to a specific isle with a number.. if there is anyone else in the store forget getting any help. The cashiering line can take a while...then a clog may get someone to help you on the self check out....but that process, if unfamiliar, really slows things down....Not sure what the hourly wage is here but well trained knowledgable employees make a huge difference in a retail business....the look sometimes becomes substance.”

“I would like to recognize Danny, one of the pharmacy technicians at Walgreens, for the exceptional care and professionalism he consistently shows to customers. In a world where good customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, Danny truly stands out.
He always goes the extra mile for us and never gives up when it comes to helping resolve prescription issues or reaching doctors for refill authorizations. Even when things are complicated or delayed, he remains patient, calm, and determined to help. That perseverance makes an enormous difference for customers who are already stressed or dealing with health concerns.
Danny is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things clearly without ever making people feel rushed or uncomfortable. He treats customers with kindness, dignity, and respect, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people rather than just “doing a job.”

“This CVS location is thee best! I was not able to get my son's refill at the Porter Ranch location on time. Apparently it was on back order for almost a week. I called this location and spoke to Sev. He had the prescription filled and ready in less than an hour. Thank you Sev for saving the day! “A friend ran out of gas on the highway about a week ago. I went to this 76 hoping for a jerry can. Not only did the attendants help me find where it was in the store, but they helped me assemble and fill the can, as well as taught me how it worked. Overall amazing experience. Great employees :)”

“FOUND WALLET FOUND WALLET WALLET FOUND CHEVRON GAS STATION ON DEVONSHIRE AND WOODMAN.!!!Found a wallet at this locations and it was full of money didn’t think twice about it and automatically I asked the guy right there nfront of me but he was in his car so I new it wasn’t his wallet tho I ask anyways , “ hey did you drop your wall, then I hesitated and thought don’t be stupid Trina he could lie and say ya it’s mine. So I say did u lose anything, before I let him say anything I was walking away, because if u lose or think that u may of dropped anything in your gut u would just know . Maybe maybe not. You’re missing something. Anyways I asked the next person coming out he said no too. Then I went to the lady behind the window , yes I gave it to her and hopefully trust ing what she says will she obey and say what she does and does what she says. But I don’t believe in my gut she did any of that.. I wish I would have taken the time and got her name and at least look into n the wallet to see the name I could have mailed it back to the person my self . I believe I made a horrible mistake and in that case at least new the name so I could know if that person is or was even worth trusting enough to leave it in her hands. I just wish there was a way to know what happened.”

The store is also not as modern as other location. The man working the cashier was nice with me and I didn't have any issues.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven today to take advantage of July 11 slurpee deal. This 7 Eleven is next to Shell gas station so you can't miss it. They don't have a lot of parking spots here so you might have to park at the gas pump station for shell. I was lucky to find a spot near the entrance. When I walked in, the workers greeted me and already knew I was there for the slurpee. They had the small cups in the front and I went with the coke flavor. They also had a deal on some chocolate so I got some m&m. The employees were really nice to me and I had a great experience here today.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven to get a lotto ticket before tonight dropping. I was across the street at the Target plaza because there a Taco Stand outside where I was picking up my dinner. When I came tonight, there was no other customer here. There was 1 homeless person nearby but they didn't bother me. When I walked in, it was pretty quiet and the cashier was organizing the store so I just waited for him to finish his task. He apologized for the wait and I told him it was fine since I wasn't in any rush. I got my lotto ticket and left. The cement here isn't the best and there are some pothole so just be alert.”

“I stopped by this 7 Eleven this morning after dropping off my car at a Auto Shop across the street while waiting for my ride. The first thing I will say is that this store is in a small plaza so it might be difficult to find parking in the afternoon. When I walked in, there were a couple of people in line. I saw that someone was stocking merchandise so I went around to look at their chips option. I got the Funyuns flaming hot and the new coca cola spiced. When I went to pay, there was no one in line so I was able to just walk up and have a small chat with the lady working the cashier. She was very friendly and we talked about the weather. Overall I didn't have any problems here and had a good experience.”

“Oh my gosh, I’m not even joking. This has got to be the first 7/11 I’ve been too that had great service. I’ve 7/11 or a convenient store for that matter a review But I was pleasantly shocked. I came into the store and was immediately greeted by a man behind the counter, I grabbed a few things and when I came up, he immediately greeted me again asked me how I was doing. He wasn’t on his phone. He was fully engaged in the transaction. He even tried to upsell me on a candy bar. I say that because if you’re in the industry, you know how important that is for stores. I was leaving he thanked me for coming in. For me, customer service is the most important thing when it comes to spending my money. Like I don’t care if you have the nicest, best quality of stuff if you’re rude if you’re not engaged if you’re not making me feel like I want to spend my money there then I’m not gonna be returning. I just wanna say thank you to the 7-Eleven and the man who who’s working behind the counter. Very much appreciated!!”

“My wife and I stopped by this Chevron gas station after eating at Baskin Robbins across the street. My wife car low fuel warning came on so I just wanted to put a little gas in her car before filling up at Costco. This gas station isn't the best but it was almost an emergency situation. When we pulled into the lot, the first gas pump station we were going to park at was a no go because someone didn't put the gas pump back so it was on the floor. So we went to pump 7 and I didn't want to take the risk of a card skimmer so I paid with the cashier. You can pay outside so that's what I did. If you have the option to go to another gas station then I would recommend that but if you need gas asap then this place is an option since it's near CSUN as well.”

“Oh thank goodness you're here. I'm so glad that your pumps are in good working condition, that and the fact that your pump areas are nice and clean. I love that everything is in good repair and that the simplest supplies are stocked and available. I had just left a family function when I noticed my fuel light came on. I had NO clue that I had so little gas. Whew. I didn't think I was going to make it to the gas station. I was able to make it here and I'm so glad that I did. The worker was friendly and helped me out right away. I was able to pump gas without any issues and be on my way. I don't like the 35 cent charge on my card transaction but it's what I expect. It seems to be the case with almost all Arco AMPM's that I have been to. No matter. With the amount of money that I saved at the pump, I could afford the 35 cent fee. Thanks for being a wonderful convenient store and pump! Literally this spot was a life saver for me. I wouldn't have made it home otherwise.”

“I stopped by this store to get some snacks because I was in the area. Since I came in the early morning, I found parking easily in the small plaza this store is in. This store isn't as big as others but it works for them.
The man working was very polite and helpful when I was looking for a particular chip brand. The slurpee and drinks machine is toward the end of the store. It was a quick and easy process for me.”
