Angel was very helpful on the phone and in the store. He searched the shoe I was looking for in different colors since I was looking for a specific size. He was able to put one of hold for me. When I arrived, it was very busy but was able to be polite and attentive. Great customer service!

I like coming here to shoe palace. Northridge Mall the employees are Matthew,Luicero, and Maria, they are very helpful and friendly u walk in the door and greet u right away. Good costumer service.
