“Best location. This stretch of Firestone is a little less traveled. I stayed over a year ago and thought the room I had was beautiful, I had no complaints. The new owners are renovating and definitely making it luxurious! The bathrooms are remodeled and there is a walk in shower. The bed has motion sensor lights at the foot of the bed, nice night light. This allowed me to make the room as dark as possible but still see my way to the bathroom. There is a full length wardrobe mirror with back lighting, nice touch. There is a small table, mini fridge and microwave. Wish the fridge had a freezer. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The check in and out was quick and easy. Victor provided excellent customer service and was very friendly, warm and inviting. Call ahead and double check on the security deposit. They only except cash. I would definitely stay here again and, reluctantly, would highly recommend giving this establishment a try. Ignore the old reviews and check out the most recent ones. I say reluctantly, because I know it will be booked up for sure! But they deserve the business.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. Rooms were clean, although a but outdated. Check in / out was easy. My 3 complaints: breakfast is a bit small, not enough options. The rooms are a bit outdated. The walls are thin, you will hear if you have neighbors. I actually recommend staying here, the price is right and the rooms are clean.”
