“I'm actually more of a wood fence fan, they're like the original you know, more classic. But this time I wanted something different, I wasn't clear on what exactly so during the call to schedule the appointment I asked them to bring some samples of the materials and photos of previous work. Their advisor showed up with samples of both vinyl and wood options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. My old cedar fence was beautiful when it was new but after years of staining, repairing boards, and dealing with rotting sections I was tired of the maintenance honestly. We went with a vinyl fence that has a wood grain texture in a light tan color, looks way more real than I thought it would. It's been about three months now and I love that I don't have to think about it, no staining, no painting, just hose it down if it gets dirty. I was loyal to wood fences for years but I'm converted now”

“I recently visited this location looking for a replacement shower/faucet set for a three handle system for my older home. Patrick was unable to offer a replacement kit, but went out of his way to explain my options of either getting adapters and going into a 2 handle system or looking online for a 3 handle system. He even went onto Amazon and showed us a few options available and onto the Pfister website for additional options. He offered to order the parts and have them delivered to their showroom if they did not offer sales to the public. Although I wasn't able to give Patrick my business, he was so helpful in finding solutions to the issue of renovating an older home. He was so friendly and professional, I felt so appreciated. “I love the fact that if the sales people are busy you can press 1 and they transfer you to the head office where someone picks up and can price and check stock at your store. They always have a large inventory and have what I need instock. I've had to purchase 2 different oddly shaped water heaters that they had at the store. The large chain stores never have odd shapes.”

“So happy with our Frontier Cabinets experience!
We initially stumbled onto Frontier Cabinets with a google search, looking for an alternative to big box, prefab options for our kitchen remodel. After visiting their showroom, talking with Cindy (our project manager) and then getting a clear and very fair estimate, we signed on for custom cabinetry.
As I had a design layout in mind from the beginning, I didn’t start from scratch with the design team. But they mocked up my ideas in detail and then worked with me to clarify and refine the final design. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The timeline was clearly delineated early on and remained on schedule. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and clearly. The installation process was smooth and we’re extremely pleased with the high quality of workmanship.
