“I want to give a shout out to Isabel and Mike for great customer service.Isabel was so helpful and was so understanding when I decided to change my mind about the color of my refrigerator that i had previously ordered in black and wanted it in white instead and after speaking to her over the phone about it Isabel went above and beyond to make sure I got the color I really wanted and saved me some money as well. She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. “Jeffrey is very knowledgable about all the products at Mattress Firm. He was able to make spot on suggestions for the mattresses that best fit our needs and describe all of the qualities of each mattress and the comparisons between the one he thought best for our needs with those from other manufacturers. After trying multiple mattresses, the mattress Jeffrey originally described did end up to be our choice to purchase. He then described the entire process to get a zero interest loan from Synchrony and walked me through to the completion of the loan. After completing our purchase order Jeffrey arranged next day delivery which was a really pleasant surprise. Jeffrey was not only knowledgeable and a great communicator but so patient answering all my questions. Plus he provided the best deal we could find in the area. “We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”
“I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

“I have two of Gateway's mattresses, purchased years ago from the Salvation Army when they used to also sell them. Unfortunately, they no longer are marketing them, nor some nice wood furnishings they used to sell. I want another of these great beds, so I had to find the name of the company that made them off of the label, and search the internet for Gateway. I have a twin and a queen, and they are comfortable, high quality beds!”
