Trish, store manager, helped me throughout the shopping/purchasing/delivery scheduling process, and she was GREAT from start to finish. When I first came in, Trish greeted me warmly, and offered guidance, support, and assistance; I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. I particularly appreciated that she listened attentively to what I was looking for, and shared options and possibilities based on features I was seeking. Trish is gracious and attentive, and her information and knowledge were super-helpful. I made three visits to Sit and Sleep before making a final selection, and every time Trish had the same warm approach, answering each new set of questions I had. She priced the total package for me so I knew exactly what the cost would be before making the purchase. Delivery was scheduled for the next day, and the delivery guys were great. I loved how the scheduling/delivery software gave me frequent updates on arrival time so I was ready when they came. Excellent experience! Ten out of 10 for Trish, Sit 'n Sleep, and delivery techs : )”

“I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

At the time he didn't have what I was looking for, I then reached out to go and view his selection low and behold he had assembled a mattress that matched the specifications I laid on it and was impressed, just what I was looking for! But when it was time to get a new bed recently, I decided to opt for a different mattress company because they were having a sale, but after my sleep trial was up I had to return the mattress, it was awful. I decided to visit Sit n Sleep and look at their selection. Instantly Nicole helped me find the perfect mattress and even set me up with the bed match technology they have. On my first trip in I felt very take care of and learned a lot about beds. I also spoke with Kevin a few times after that regarding the mattress. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of by them both. I pulled the trigger and got a King Koil Rosewood bed- one week in and I'm having the best sleep so far.
