I was unable to fix despite troubleshooting and changing parts on my own. I called Team SoCal. They sent Polo, the technician, and he thoroughly and patiently solved the problem. Awesome service from Polo and the company. I highly recommend them.”

“Went looking for tile. Wasn't sure exactly what type, size, or finish I wanted. A lady came up and offered her help. Not a pushy salesman. Just really nice and excited to be of help. “Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“I would recommend very highly so I rated five stars. Very fair prices for what they deliver even during shortages and other problems like the pandemic and its continuing issues. My roomates do not respect the non smoking laws for the most part (a lot do but the ones that dont dont) they are new jersey minded I guess, and my consult worked out good. Have a very small unit and the smokers are mainly below deck so when it comes in being able to sit in the atem is helpful. Only downside is they dont care and I care about them which iq cant do too much about. Great prices also.”

“I stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.”

“Friedmans Appliance is simply AWESOME!I have had quite a few quality issues with my (LG Signature) appliances, but Friedmans went above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied even though the problems with LG and not Friedmans. My salesperson, Raj, is always highly responsive, friendly and most importantly, always took care of the problems.Choosing the appliances was also an excellent experience. Raj and other salespeople are very knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least bit pushy.I will only use Friedmans in the future, I would not even consider any other distributor.”
