“Yesterday morning I and my gal pal went into Dunn Edwards and spoke with Thomas Carlton, Assistant Manager, my gal pal is painting the inside of her house and I am going to help her, I am a retired Carpenter Working Supervisor for the County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department. I am trying to teach her how things are done, we talked with Thomas once before and this time as the last time he was extremely helpful, and with his knowledge he really showed how simple things can be as long as you know what you are trying to do, and even as in this case that is not the fact... We purchase $80 worth of paint and she was very happy. I saw another women in there, and she was struggling trying to communicate what she is trying to accomplish, the person who was helping her was VERY patient and helpful, as I listened in on the conversation. So here it goes. It doesn't matter if you are a guy or gal, if you are not sure of what you are doing and how to go about doing it with regards to painting, come down to Dunn Edwards have all what you are trying to do in your mind or write it down, talk to these highly trained, skilled professionals, explain to them what you are trying to accomplish, oh PLEASE make sure you have your colors picked out... Then listen to what they are telling you, they will tell you what level of paint you should be looking to buy, and here is the hard part, TRUST them, you won't go wrong, that is the main part and the most important part. Then when you go home, get on U Tube enter Tutorial for painting interior, or exterior of residential home, and then start looking at the tutorials that are there and get some knowledge on how you should proceed. Good Luck and have fun, and if something didn't quite turn out, go back to Dunn Edwards show them from your I Phone, I Pad and they will be able to help you achieve your goal. The trick to this is simple, establish a relationship with your Dunn Edwards person, and you will feel much better as you go along with taking care of the most expensive thing you will ever purchase in your life... Thomas Carlton, thank you for your patience and knowledge and people skills, I and my gal pal will be coming back as once I change out all the case and base inside the house and paint all the interior of the house, no doubt we will be back for different colors as I am trying to introduce her to colorful colors for her various rooms in her house....”
“Was in a middle of a project, the owner took his time took his time to explain what I needed to do. I originally came here to buy a shower handle, but left with the necessary part to complete my project. At the end my client happy and I left knowing a little more in my line of work. I would definitely be coming back here if I’m in the area again.”
“Found this place on accident looking for Benjamin Moore paint. One of the owners helped me out, great experience. If you’re looking to support a family owned business, I would highly recommend them.”
“Amazing paint store with a wide variety of quality products! Jair, Ilene, and the rest of the staff are amazing and easy to work with. I continue to use them and their products for my residential and commercial painting projects. Top tier service all the way around!”
“10/10 recommend. I have purchased from here for 4.5 years. I love ALL of their products, that I have purchases thus far. The quality of the paint is amazing. The brushes are borderline top tier, especially the detail brushes!”
“This little out of the way paint store is my absolute favorite place to purchase my paint and painting supplies. After you find it you will never go to a large store to buy your paint. The store is well supplied, well organized and clean. The prices are reasonable and they have good sales which they offer to you even when you don't mention it. The employees are the best part of the store though. They are first of all so polite and helpful, even when they know you are only buying one can of paint and don't know what you are doing or need. They make sure you get exactly what you came in for. I appreciate the way each employee is willing to take the time to help me, even carrying one can of paint to my car for me. Thank you to each of you or making my painting experience a little easier.”
“I brought in some green metallic paint for them to help me finish some odds and ends of my vehicle. I was greeted by everyone! I took all of the gentlemen's suggestions and I had incredible result! My wife was impressed and gave me all the credit. THANK YOU!”
“Visited this place on Saturday to pick up some scuff pads and primers and was greeted by the owner. Super hospitable and easy to talk to. Even helped me check on a product online that we found to no longer be in distribution. This was my first time in and it won't be the last. Highly recommend for the the local folks and businesses that need auto body supplies.”
“It was my first time doing an accent wall after moving into my new home, and I had no experience with painting. On Saturday morning, I went to the store, and Jesus was so friendly and helpful — he patiently answered all my questions, recommended the right type of paint, and even taught me some great painting tips. After a few hours of painting at home, I’m so happy with the result. Big thanks to Jesus!”
“I needed to have paint color matched for an interior project and get a new color for an exterior project, both at home. The customer service was great! Kyle was very helpful with his recommendations for the types of paint needed for both projects. When the Garden Grove store didn't have the correct type of exterior paint for my patio bricks (velvet), he actually picked it up from another store and delivered it to my house for no extra charge! The interior paints matched perfectly and the exterior paint covered very well in only one coat. I'll definitely be back for my next painting project!”
“Everyone is great here. They really go out of their way to make you happy. And their paint matching skills are top notch. I prefer Vista Paint, to Dunn Edward's.”
“I have an older Mazda 6 and the paint fell off the fender. I was having difficulty finding the correct color anywhere. I went to Paint Connection and they mix me a custom can of spray paint with my paint code that matched amazing. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anybody that is having a similar problem.”
“I had no idea what to look for in paint and had zero knowledge in paint. When I went into the store, I felt so confused, so I made an appointment with the paint specialist, Damien, and he was exceptional! He helped me a lot with the colors, but he did not just think about the colors but also the practicality of the paint for each space such as if a smaller room would benefit with different color or tone or how easy it would be to clean the wall for high traffic areas, etc. He also was very informative on the types of paint needed for each space and was really good at helping me decide when I was unsure. His customer service was also great! I really felt empowered with the information he gave and guided throughout the entire process! The entire staff at the store was really friendly too! I had a great time working with Dunn Edwards and will continue using them for future projects! Thank you Dunn Edwards!”
“Once upon a time, the husband was patching up some of our walls. He placed this dark blue painter's tape along our walls and I instantly fell in love with the color and the way it contrasted with our white walls and dark furniture. It reminded me of Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul and at that moment, I wanted to paint an accent wall that color. Some time passes, we end up going to get the paint. Unable to persuade the hubby to go for the dark color (he swore it would darken our place), we compromised on a baby blue color. Meh. After living with the color for about a year, the hubby agrees that we should have gone darker. Insert eye roll here. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue. We absolutely love the color (& no, it didn't darken the space). The husband learned to trust his wife's vision that day.”
“Chuck was so helpful! I wasn't sure what I needed. And honestly I'm tired of going to Home Depot for paint. It never works out like they promise. But .. today was different. Dunn Edwards was an excellent experience. I'm so happy I went there. I will always go here for paint & supplies. Best experience ever! ?”
“Stopping by here to leave a 5 star cause it’s so important to shop local any possible time, but also why not support this business when they’re as friendly and well priced as this?? How could I not stop by just to say this. The reality we’re living in could easily change by making simple choices like this where everyone wins. Happy to give them my business I’ll find reasons to be back!”
“Just discovered this place. I loved it. Fashionable and chic! Great little place to find a present for yourself and others! Clothes, jewelry, hats, lotions and even home decor paint! I will be back for sure!”
“Needed some guidance finding shades that were darker than what I had already tried. I wound up buying four sample pints to paint on. Staff were helpful and professional over the phone and in person.”
“I've used them 3 times now and this guy does an awesome job matching the paint. Of course I always drop off a sample piece. Great job for a great price. In the pictures, I labeled the panels/ paint that I got from MC.”
“I've heard very good things about this place I haven't used them yet but I plan on using them in the near future I've heard very good things about them”
“Lance has the best prices and service in town. He and his staff are professional, helpful, very knowledge, and just good people... I won't shop for paint anywhere else again!!!”
“This is the best place to get your paints and finishes. The people are very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. If you're a contractor or a homeowner, you need to hit this place up for your next project - you won't regret it.”
“I had such a great experience thanks to Isaac, the assistant manager at Dan Edwards. He guided me through everything with so much patience and professionalism. He’s incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to help. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers. Amazing service and an even more amazing person—thank you, Isaac”

“Great service at Sherwin-Williams. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose the right color and making sure I had all the materials needed for my office project. Everyone was patient, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back for future projects.”
“I have been coming to this store for over 5 years. I love this paint!! It beats Sherwin Williams and Home Depot any day. Additionally, the customer service has increased for the better in the past year or so. I have remodeled a few houses and always have ton of questions due to strange paint jobs from previous owners. Their new sales guy Jorge is very patient and considerate with all my questions. I recommend this store highly.”
“I Recommend Best Color Supply, On A Saturday I Needed Touch Up Paint For A Family Members Van, Best Color Supply Came Through, I Called And Had The Paint Mixed, The Color Was Spot On ?? I Was In a Rush And Found Best Color Supply Late In The Day, The Owner Offered To Stay Late In Order For Me To Pick Up My Order The Same Day. Luckily I Was Able To Make It Before Closing. You Can Also Pay With Zelle, Which Is A Very Convenient Option.”
