Lucky is a store that sells everything for the home, including food, fruits, and meats. The store is clean, well laid out, and has plenty of parking. It offers beautiful produce and often has items other stores are out of. The staff and manager are friendly and very helpful. During crab season, they will crack and clean your purchase. The deli and hot food counter provide tasty choices, sometimes served with a smile. However, some departments, like the meat counter, may be closed unexpectedly early.
Susanne in the deli is delightful which, unfortunately is a rarity at Novato Lucky Store. Why can’t more workers display an attitude like Susanne’s? With the advent of AI, the one thing that will be hard to duplicate is a smiling face and attitude.

Once again a fine hot food choice served with a smile by Mayra and Delia. I was offered a sample by Mayra of a new potato product, I generally eat mostly keto but couldn't resist that, similar to the burrito I have for breakfast. Very tasty !

They were closed at 10pm when it says on there store hours 11pm. Good luck they do what they want. Lol
