Had to file a claim on mattress purchased 2 years ago. Followed claim instructions and within one day claim approved. Went down to Mattress Film in Novato and got new mattress . People very helpful!

Eric at the Novato location was fantastic & made this experience easy and comfortable. We were first exploring a more budget-conscious option, and he did not make us feel judged or less important of a customer. He was very knowledgeable of comparable options when those didn’t work. The suggestions were right on & we ended up with our perfect match pretty immediately. Eric was up front about all costs, deals he could apply, and Mattress Firm’s policy on price matching a future sale. We would not have felt as confident purchasing in a single day if it wasn’t for this seamless experience. Highly recommend this location & its experienced staff.

On 11/11 we made an unplanned stop to Mattress Firm in Novato and we are so happy we did! Miguel greeted us upon arrival and he was exactly what we love in a salesperson. Friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST! We explained our needs and he actually LISTENED! He guided us thru multiple options with pros & cons according to our needs and allowed us to make our decision to purchase. Thanks to Miguel we will be enjoying our new mattress as early as Monday 11/13!

Paul was extremely kind and helpful during our mattress and adjustable bed frame selection process. He worked within our budget to get us the best deal possible - we were in and out of the store in under 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in the market for a new bed.

My experience today was a God send. I met the associate or Manager(if not he should be) named Eric. In less than 30 mins I had a new mattress & a base. He met everything I needed w/ the Best customer service I've had in ages! I should know, I've been in retail for decades. I recommend Eric to anyone who needs a new bed!!
