Nave Self Storage is a great storage facility in Novato. It is described as affordable, clean, safe, and secure. The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and can answer any questions. The manager is kind and keeps the place immaculate, with very clean units and well-kept grounds. The location is great and easy to get to, situated in a comfortable area near a hardware store, grocery store, liquor store, laundry mat, restaurants, and a post office. The facility offers a positive experience where items are secure and easy to access. A noted downside is that the rent increases every 6 months, which can make long-term storage expensive. However, for short-term use, it is considered a perfect and awesome choice. It is a great place for storing business items, personal items, or an entire household.
