The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access during business hours. Most importantly, I have always felt that my belongings are safe and secure. In all the years I have been a customer, I have never experienced any issues related to security, accessibility, or customer service.
I would especially like to recognize Josephine for her outstanding work and dedication. Every time I visit, I see her actively maintaining the property—cleaning, removing spider webs, keeping the grounds tidy, and making sure the facility looks professional and welcoming. She is always friendly, greets customers with a smile, and provides excellent customer service.
Whenever I have questions about my account or need assistance, Josephine is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. Her hard work and positive attitude make a real difference and are a big part of why I continue to rent here.
I am not planning to change storage facilities anytime soon because I feel secure, valued, and well taken care of as a long-time customer. Josephine truly deserves recognition for her dedication and excellent customer service.

“Great storage experience! Easy access. Always clean. (Never saw food on the floor, like at Uhaul) Staff is helpful and friendly. Moving tools including flatbeds and dollys are available for immediate use.
