They would increase my fee every 3 to 6 months. What started at $219 went to $279 went to $349 a month within about a year. Also, they charged me for a full month when I moved on on the 1st of the month. Only reason it's getting two stars is because the manager was nice.

Sara is a wonderful manager. This facility is spotless. Her approach to customer service is second to none. She has helped me on a couple different occasions pertaining to my account. My only wish is that she was in the office more often like she used to be. Now in order to find her I have to wait for certain times of the day. She is the only manager that I have found to be up to my professional expectations
