U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is a business that provides a range of moving services, including truck, trailer, cargo van, and pick-up truck rentals for local or one-way moves. They also offer shipping boxes, moving supplies, and U-Box containers, which can be reserved online. The reviews of this U-Haul location present a mixed experience. While some customers have had great experiences with the friendly and helpful staff, others have encountered issues with a specific employee, Denis, who is described as having a "ridiculously short fuse" and being a "nasty human being" who should not be working in a customer-facing role. Despite the negative encounter with Denis, the majority of the reviews are positive, with customers praising the efficiency of the online check-in process and the smooth and efficient pick-up and drop-off experiences. The manager is also mentioned as being kind and providing great customer service. Overall, the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer seems to offer a range of reliable moving services, with the potential for an exceptional customer experience, depending on the staff members encountered during the rental process.

The office staff was quick efficient and very knowledgeable. They got me in and out of the office with his little wait or hassle. We’ll definitely use them again. Next time I need to rent a truck.
