Very professional, efficient and friendly staff. If I lived in Novato and was able to come to this location often I would be that much happier.

Earlier this week, my husband stopped by the branch on Grant Avenue to discuss an issue. It was resolved quickly, and a representative from the bank even took the extra step to call us at home to confirm everything was okay. I appreciate that, and will continue to do business with them!
